Football Player Welsh Athlete Ramsey Increases Bounty for Missing Dog in Mexico to $$20k
Wales soccer player Ramsey has increased the bounty for information concerning the vanished dog named Halo to $twenty thousand dollars.
Ex- Arsenal and Cardiff player, who currently plays for the Mexican club Pumas in the capital, revealed that the beagle was spotted in San Miguel de Allende, located in the Guanajuato state zone.
The beagle, who disappeared on October 9th, was equipped with a GPS collar, and Ramsey shared a Google maps location of her last known location.
"Any updates about our Halo please contact us. Substantial incentive for finding her. We are all hoping she's ok and can be back to our family soon," the athlete shared on Instagram.
Earlier Bounty and Emotional Pleas
The footballer first announced that Halo had disappeared 14 days prior and has since posted several photos of the cherished pet on his social media account.
A $ten thousand dollar reward was first offered, but with no news on Halo's location after a seven days, the player and his family doubled the sum.
"We just want our girl returned," he expressed in another plea on his online platforms after the decade-old pet disappeared.
The latest picture post is a black and white photo of the beagle sleeping, her head resting in the curve of the athlete's arm, with the message: "How I wish to cuddle you again sweet Halo."
Family's Concerns and Context
Ramsey has additionally posted a message from his spouse Colleen on online channels saying they have a few "pressing concerns" regarding the event and fear the family "could possibly not receive explanations".
"We have yet to are still searching for our dog. It is unlikely we will ever," the spouse's post read.
The Welsh captain became part of Mexico's top-flight club Club Universidad Nacional recently and made his debut in the Mexican league in the eighth month.
